Botanity offers a 90-day Money-Back Guarantee on its products, reflecting our confidence in their effectiveness, safety, and quality. Products purchased from our website may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a 100% refund, excluding return shipping and handling fees.

All returned products must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice or packing slip and must adhere to the terms outlined in this Return Policy

Return Process

  • you are unable to start the return process online, please reach out to our Customer Care team via customercare_us@botanity.com or through the 'Contact Us'. Your refund process may be expedited if you provide the order number and/or the Return Tracking Number starting with #RET-
  • When your product return is approved, you will receive a 'Return Request Approved' email. Please follow the return policy below to return the product. Once the product return is confirmed, we will proceed with the refund.

 

Return Policy

  • Provide a copy of the invoice an Return Request Approved email with the returned products. Such invoice must reference the Return Tracking Number starting with #RET- and include the reason for the return.
  • Ship back empty boxes, containers, bottles, or unused portions of the product(s) being returned. Partial Packs will not be accepted; all components must be returned. Such products must be returned to Univera within 30 days from the date the Return Tracking Number was issued
  • On the outside of your returning box, please write your Return Tracking Number on 3 different sides

  • All returns must be shipped to Botanity pre-paid. Our warehouses do not accept returns onsite.
  • The return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer and will not be refunded by Botanity.
  • When you return your order, please obtain and keep your return tracking number, until you have seen your credit issued. Botanity recommends shipping returned product by UPS or FedEx, as risk of loss in shipping the returned product shall be borne solely by the Customer. If returned product is not received at Botanity’s Distribution Center, it is the responsibility of the Customer to trace the shipment and no credit will be applied.
  • Once your order is received into the warehouse, it may take up to 4 to 6 weeks for the refund to apply to your account.
  • Additional purchases of products and SKUs previously refunded will not be eligible for return or refunds.
